In His Own Words:

What I love most about college counseling:

“I’ve been at Campus Bound for over 13 years, so I can tell you that I really love my job!  I vividly remember how helpful my high school guidance counselor was in helping me expand my scope of potential college options.  As a first-generation American, I wasn’t too savvy about the college admissions process, so I relied heavily on the advice of my guidance counselor.  I enjoy building a similar relationship with my students at Campus Bound.  Whether it’s helping build their college list, preparing them for an admissions interview, or giving feedback on one of their essays, I truly believe I’m making a difference in my students’ college application process.  There’s no better feeling than helping students explore all their college options and seeing them be admitted to one of their top choice schools!

How I enjoy spending my spare time:

“I’m not too familiar with “spare time”, but when I’m not too busy, I enjoy hanging out with my wonderful immediate family (my wife and 2 kids) as well as my extended family.  I love all sports, so if there’s a game on and I have time, I’m usually watching it.  I’d love to have more spare time in the future, so I could travel more (I have been to close to 30 countries).  But for now, I’m happy taking a short drive to one of my favorite places on earth: the Maine seacoast.”
